Good to know
When your order has been properly registered by us, you will receive a confirmation. After this the order will be processed and shipped. The order will take approximately 1 to 5 business days to arrive, unless otherwise indicated. Because our products are assembled per order and external factors come into play, delivery time may vary. We will only ship products when payment has been successfully processed.
Which delivery services does FITSHE use?
All our orders are shipped by parcel post. When your order is shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code. For shipping, we work with the following delivery services:

What are the shipping costs for an order?
Delivery within the Netherlands:
DHL standard delivery (1-2 days) EUR 4.79, and free delivery above EUR 55,-*
Delivery to Belgium and Germany:
GLS standard delivery (2-3 days) EUR 6.66, and free delivery above EUR 55,-*
Delivery to Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Austria, and the United Kingdom:
GLS standard delivery (2-3 days) EUR 8.10, and free delivery above EUR 55,-*
Delivery to Czech Republic, Hungary, Italy, and Poland:
GLS standard delivery (3-4 days) EUR 12.10, and free delivery above EUR 130,-*
Delivery to Portugal, Ireland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland:
GLS standard delivery (3-4 days) EUR 14.75, and free delivery above EUR 130,-*
Delivery to other European countries (not mentioned above):

How can I change my delivery address?
You can change your delivery address on your personal FITSHE account at least 7 days before your next order. We will then make sure your order moves with it.
I am rarely home, are there other options to receive my package?
Hardly ever at home? No problem! You can specify an alternative delivery address, so that you can receive your order at work, for example. Alternatively, after your first delivery attempt you can use your Track & Trace code to change the address and time of delivery or have the parcel taken to a DHL Parcelshop.
What should I do if I have not received my package?
Rarely, an order is not delivered to you within the specified delivery time. In exceptional cases, something may have gone wrong with the delivery. We advise you to check via Track & Trace whether your order has already been offered at your doorstep. If you have not received a Track & Trace code after your order, please contact our customer service at info@fitshe.com. Please note: you will only receive a Track & Trace code once we have handed over your package and everything has been properly processed by DHL.
I filled in an incorrect or incomplete address.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you are responsible for the shipping cost to have your order redelivered to the correct address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address you have provided is incomplete or incorrect.
Something went wrong with my shipment, now what?
Did something go wrong with the shipping of your package? If you send an email to
info@fitshe.com we will get it resolved as soon as possible.
Are there any customs fees?
Are you ordering from abroad? Please note that delays may be imposed by the country’s customs clearance. Any fees imposed by customs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
If my product is damaged, what am I entitled to?
Our customers have a right to a quality product, and if an item is broken through no fault of your own, we are happy to resolve it as quickly as possible. Please contact our customer service team at
info@fitshe.com.
Can I recycle the shipping box?
Our shipping packaging is biodegradable, so you can recycle it!
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
You can pay all your orders with iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, AfterPay or Paypal.
Why haven’t I received a confirmation email yet?
Sometimes it may happen that confirming your order takes a little longer. If you are not confident that your order has gone through correctly please contact us by email
info@fitshe.com. We can then check together whether your order has been processed.
Payments with AfterPay
AfterPay performs the entire post-payment process for www.fitshe.nl. This means that you can view and pay a payment statement of AfterPay through the AfterPay App. With the AfterPay App you can arrange this safely and easily on your smartphone. In the online environment MijnAfterPay you can manage your payment statements from your computer or tablet. AfterPay keeps you informed via push notifications & email when a payment statement is ready for you. At www.fitshe.nl you can pay up to €250,- if you pay for the first time via AfterPay. If you are already familiar with AfterPay you can pay up to €250,-. In approval of your request to pay afterwards, AfterPay performs a data check. AfterPay uses a strict privacy policy as described in its privacy statement. In the unlikely event your request to pay with AfterPay is not authorized, you can of course pay your order with another payment method. For questions you can always contact AfterPay. Can I exchange or return my products?
It is possible to exchange or return a product within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be unopened and returned in its original packaging. Download the
return form and print it out. Fill out the form as completely as possible and add the form to your return shipment.
I received an incorrect product, what can I do?
Please contact our customer service department as soon as possible at
info@fitshe.com.
How long will it take for my return item to be refunded?
Upon receiving your return, we will refund the amount to you within 7 to 10 business days. The refund will be made in the same manner as the original transaction. Please note that only complete and undamaged products will be processed.
Where can I report my complaint?
How unfortunate that we didn’t provide the service you were hoping for! We’d love to hear how we can do better in the future and make you happy again. Please email your complaint as specifically as possible to our customer service team at info@fitshe.com and we will try to resolve it as quickly as possible. Once your complaint has reached us, you will receive a substantive response from us within 7 business days. We will make sure within our power and regulations to offer you an appropriate solution, we promise.
