WHY YOU SHOULD EAT GOJIBERRIES
Goji berries, also known as wolfberries, come from the boxthorn plant. This plant is native to the temperate and subtropical regions of China, Mongolia, and Tibet where it has been used in traditional medicine and food for thousands of years.
Goji berries are unique! Not only are they rich in protein but they also contain all of the essential amino acids. These small berries also packed with nutrients, vitamins, minerals and trace elements such as vitamin A, B1, and B2, C, iron, copper, nickel, chromium, magnesium, sodium and calcium.
All these properties give goji berries their popularity as a superfood. It’s not that goji berries are much healthier than other fruit but they certainly fit well in a varied diet.
